Hot Single-Sided roll Laminators use a single layer of film loaded onto a Roll with varying internal paper core sizes. The Wide Format Hot Roll Lamination machine uses heated film rollers to melt the glue extruded onto lamination film roll, and the photo/ paper/card that is to be protected is bonded on one side under pressure by the film rollers. Heated Roll Laminators can vary in size so choose the appropriate width to suit your lamination machine. Also, the films can be supplied in a variety of micron/thicknesses, different lengths and finishes as er micron. Please note that the film/ glue is normally solid at room temperature and should be stored accordingly.

Hot Double Sided Laminators roll uses two layers of Film roll which completely encapsulate the item being paper laminated. Hot Laminators roll use two heated silicon rollers to melt the hot glue which is extruded onto polyester lamination film rolls, and the photo/ paper/card that is to be protected is then bonded under pressure by the silicon rollers. Heated film Roll Laminators can vary in different sizes so choose the appropriate width to suit your lamination machine. Also, the lamination films can be supplied in a variety of micron/ thicknesses, different lengths available , finishes and internal paper core sizes.
